What we actually do
We score your Google Business Profile against the eight things that decide whether you appear in local results, and tell you what to change. Then an assistant drafts your review replies, your review requests and your first response to every enquiry — in your voice, from facts you have given it.

What we refuse to do
We do not write, buy or incentivise reviews. We do not filter unhappy customers away from Google before they can post. We do not promise a ranking position, and we will never claim we can complete Google's verification for you — that step belongs to you alone, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you a suspension.
Where the AI stops
The assistant never invents a price, a date or an availability slot. If it does not know something, it asks the customer or leaves a gap for you. Every draft is exactly that — a draft, waiting for your approval.
How we make money
The first 30 days are free, then the software costs £97 a month. Founding Members pay no setup fee; Standard customers pay a £250 one-off setup fee when their trial converts. No lead fees, no commission on work you win. If you cancel, your workspace and history stay put.
