TrustSignal is operated by Azuni World, and payments are collected under the name AZUNI WORLD — that is what appears on your card statement. For anything about billing, email hello@azuni.world. For the service itself, email trustsignal@azuni.world.

TrustSignal is a software subscription. We score your Google Business Profile against published best practice, and our assistant drafts replies, requests and responses for you to approve. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting as an agent of Google.

Everything the assistant produces is a suggestion. You are responsible for reading, editing and approving anything before it is published or sent to a customer. AI output can be wrong; do not send a price, date or commitment you have not checked.

You agree not to use TrustSignal to solicit fake reviews, offer incentives in exchange for reviews, or filter customers by expected sentiment before asking. These breach Google's policies and can get your listing suspended. We may end an account used this way.

Nobody controls Google's rankings. We help you complete the things Google says matter. We cannot guarantee a position, a recommendation, an increase in calls, or that a review will be removed. AI assistants can access your optional TrustSignal listing only when explicitly connected to it through MCP. Results depend on consistent information and weekly monitoring.

Only you can verify your business with Google. Where you later connect a Google account to TrustSignal, you can disconnect it at any time, and we only use that access for the features you have switched on.

The first 30 days are free. The trial includes the software, self-serve setup, review messaging, tracking, services and FAQs, and the optional Recommendable listing. Hands-on Google Business Profile work begins only after paid conversion. Unless you cancel before day 31, billing starts at £97 a month plus VAT. Founding Members pay no setup fee; Standard customers also pay a £250 one-off setup fee with their first monthly payment. You can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of any period you have paid for. We do not refund part-periods. If a plan lapses, your workspace and history remain, but paid assistance stops.

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous twelve months.

If we change these terms materially, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
