Privacy policy

When you create a workspace we hold your name, email address, and the business details you enter: trading name, sector, services, contact details, opening hours, your Google review link, and the facts you give the assistant to work from. We use these to run the service and to write drafts in your voice.

Reviews, review requests and enquiries you add may contain a customer's name and contact details. You are the controller of that information; we process it on your instruction to produce drafts and keep your history. Do not paste in anything you would not be comfortable holding in your own records.

Draft text is generated by third-party AI models via our AI provider. The content of the review, enquiry or business facts is sent to that provider to produce the draft. It is not used to train public models by us, and we do not send payment details or passwords.

We process account data to perform our contract with you, and workspace content on the basis of your instruction and our legitimate interest in providing the service.

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store card numbers — we hold only the subscription status and the provider's customer reference.

We keep workspace data while your account exists. Email trustsignal@azuni.world to export or delete it; we action deletion requests within 30 days, except where we must keep billing records for tax purposes.

We use a session cookie for signed-in accounts and privacy-respecting aggregate analytics. No advertising trackers.

You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we respond.
