How it works

Four jobs you keep meaning to do, done properly

Built for busy UK cafés, salons, shops, freelancers, trades and other small businesses. Your own Google presence, your own customers and your own words — with an assistant doing the typing.

1. Score your Google presence

Eight things decide whether you show up in the local map results — primary category, hours, services, photos, review recency and the rest. We score each one, weighted the way Google weights them, and tell you exactly what to change. You verify with Google yourself; we cannot and would not do that for you.

2. Answer every review, properly

Paste in a review, or connect Google once we have approval, and the assistant drafts a reply in your voice. Negative ones get acknowledged and moved to a phone call, not argued with. Every draft waits for you to approve, edit or bin it.

3. Ask for reviews without being weird about it

After a finished job, the assistant writes the short message that asks for an honest review, with your link in it. It will never ask for five stars or offer anything in return — that is what gets listings suspended.

4. Nothing goes unanswered

Enquiries land in one place. The assistant summarises each one, judges how urgent it is, and drafts a first reply — never inventing a price, a date or availability. You send it in a tap.

What we will not do

  • · Write or buy reviews, or offer anything in exchange for one.
  • · Hide unhappy customers behind a filter before they reach Google.
  • · Claim we can verify your Google listing for you. Only Google can, through you.
  • · Send anything to a customer that you have not seen and approved.

30 days free

Your trial includes the software, self-serve setup, review messaging, tracking, services and FAQs, and the optional Recommendable listing. It does not include hands-on Google Business Profile creation, refresh work or manager access; that begins after paid conversion.
